The information listed below is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure you are prepared for the upcoming season.

• Join Our NEW Remind Group: Text @WCS21 to 81010
  • We use this application to communicate important information regarding practices, meets, general reminders, including weather updates as they occur.
  • Please share this information with others who will need to be informed about any last minute changes during the season.

• Download the SWIMTOPIA App - Willow Creek Seahawks utilizes SwimTopia’s “Meet Maestro” application to manage swim meets. One of Meet Maestro’s key benefits is access to live information at your fingertips through the SwimTopia Mobile App.
  • This app is FREE and essential for a smooth summer swim season!
  • Push Notifications can be sent to alert swim families regarding important information during the meet.
  • Live Event / Heat Bar keeps you up-to-date of meet status including real-time results for your swimmer.
  • It also includes your swimmer’s Swim History and best times.
  • The Family Overview allows you to see which swim events and volunteer positions your family registered for.
  • To access the SwimTopia App use the same email and password you used to access registration on our website. Share this info with family members and older swimmers! You can all login on the app to see your athlete’s information.
• RSVP for Meets You can RSVP your swimmer for meets and sign up for volunteer jobs on the right hand side of the home page under “Next Meet”. Click the “View all” button to access all of the meets. Click on “RSVP” for each meet to indicate if your swimmer/s WILL or WILL NOT be available for that meet. Please RSVP for all meets as soon as possible. You can make changes for your swimmer's availability up until the Friday before each meet. If you do not RSVP your swimmer(s), they will not be able to compete in the swim meet.
• Volunteer Job Sign-Ups Are Open! Each family must sign up for at least 4 volunteer shifts by Friday, May 8. Meets are entirely volunteer-run and cannot operate without everyone pitching in. Missing the deadline may prevent your swimmer from participating or affect practice. We understand extenuating circumstances. If you need assistance, email before the deadline to explore alternatives. Plans change? You can swap shifts with another volunteer and notify the volunteer coordinator at [email protected]. If you prefer not to volunteer, you may submit a $200 payment instead. Payment is due by Friday, May 8.
How to Sign Up:

1. On the home page, under “Next Meet”, click “View All”.
2. Click “Job Sign Up” and select your volunteer shifts.

New to volunteering? Training is provided. Job descriptions are under the ‘Volunteer’ tab. Sign up early to get your preferred positions. First come, first served.

• Order your Team Suit!
  • Our team suit for this season is the Speedo Pro Splice LT Flyback available at our Team Store through Reddit Swim. Purchasing our team suit is not mandatory but highly encouraged. We will have a suit fitting on TBA at Overlook Pool.

• Payments
  • If you opted to pay by check upon registration, please email [email protected] to arrange drop off. Please note that your registration is not complete and your child's spot on the team is not guaranteed until payment is received.
  • If you prefer not to volunteer, you may provide a $200 payment in lieu of fulfilling volunteer duties. The payment must be made by Monday, May 19th.
