Our meets and team events are 100% volunteer-powered, and we can't make them happen without YOU! Don’t worry if you’re new to volunteering—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP
Each family must sign up for at least 4 volunteer shifts by Friday, May 8th. Failure to sign up by the deadline may prevent your swimmer from participating in meets and could impact their ability to practice.
CHANGE/SWAP A SHIFT
We know plans change! You can adjust your shifts throughout the season. Simply find someone to swap with and email the Volunteer Coordinator at [email protected] to update the schedule.
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
We appreciate our volunteers and understand that some families may have extenuating circumstances. If you need assistance, please reach out to [email protected] prior to the deadline so we can explore alternative options.
Opting Out of Volunteering?
If you prefer not to volunteer, you may provide a $200 payment in lieu of fulfilling volunteer duties. The payment must be turned in by Friday, May 8th.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A SHIFT?
- Login to your account.
- Navigate to the right hand side of the home page under “Next Meet”.
- Click the “View all” button to access all of the meets & events.
- Click on “Job Sign Up” on a date that works for you and choose a volunteer slot.
